Ok, now why would we want to have our speed limits reduced from 120 to 100? Honestly, do you really think that people who completely destroy and obliterate themselves (and their cars) are driving at 120 or below? What will reducing the limit really do? Well, once again, the honest law abiding citizen has to pay the price. There will still be carnage on the roads as long as Minibus Taxis, yes, Minibus taxis are on the road ignoring speed limits and rules for the road.
A Speed limit is only applicable if the cop is visible or if they know he is hiding on the bridge or bush. Whats a Board saying 100 going to do? Well, in my opinion, nothing really
